"The Light up My Generation Foundation" was founded by husband-and-wife Natascha Wright, & Alfred McCrary both experienced musicians who have travelled the world for many years. They now leverage their global connections to pursue their vision of a better world. Natascha's passion is centred on equal education and opportunities for children, supporting their talents to help them become leaders and find their unique paths. Alfred shares this passion and is also deeply committed to supporting the music industry and nurturing young talent to be creative and self-sufficient.

"The Light Up My Generation Foundation" started with a big vision. In addition to seeking donations to support long term projects, they developed a smart concept to enlist members, with each member supporting the education of one individual child in Suriname. This initiative aims to provide grants to children and families in need as well as setting up breakfast programms and after school programms which significantly impacts children´s abilities to concentrate and excel in their studies, but also fosters a nurturing environment for learning. 

The more members we have the greater amount of children we can support. It is our mission to  uplift and empower the next generation
